*We do not issue refunds. However, eligible returns will result in store credit. Store credit may be redeemed at any time, and will not expire.

*Clearance items and Special sales are final, and not eligible for return or store credit.

*Shipping expenses will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of date when product is received.  

*Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and with no markings from makeup or deodorant.  Items must have tags attached to be eligible for return.  If we receive your item with any of the above mentioned, it will not be accepted for store credit.

*Buyer is to include original invoice/receipt with return, and please note reason for return on invoice.

*We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.

*All items purchased through our mobile boutique are also entitled to return for store credit within ten days of show date.

*Bohemian Cowgirl Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the USPS Customer Service Team so they can assist you.

*Holiday Return Policy:  All items purchase November 15-December 24 will be eligible for return until January 10.  Item/items must be returned by January 10 to receive store credit.

 

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

*It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment if an item if defective or damaged.  You may contact us at support@bohemiancowgirlco.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
